As much as 90 out of 154 hydrants in West Jakarta are broken.
Mostly the hydrant's clutch are stolen
"Mostly the hydrant's clutch are stolen," said Pardjoko, West Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of Fire and Rescue, Monday (9/14).
Besides the clutch, other hydrants are also broken due to hit by solid material.
